Privacy Policy.

Infinity Duo Technology ("Infinity Duo", "we", "us") is a Hong Kong-based company providing marketing and IT-driven solutions. This policy explains what data we collect through our website, our AI chat assistant (on our website where enabled, and on our WhatsApp Business account), and our contact and booking forms, and how it is used.

• –Chat messages. When you use our website chat widget (where available) or message our WhatsApp Business number, we collect the content of your messages, a session or phone identifier, and a short window of conversation history so the assistant can maintain context.
• –Contact form submissions. Name, email, company, phone number (if you provide one), and message content submitted via our contact form.
• –Booking details. If you book an appointment, the details you enter (such as name, email, and chosen time) are collected by our booking calendar, which is provided by Odoo.
• –Basic technical data, such as timestamps and your IP address, associated with the above and with our website's server logs, for abuse prevention (e.g. rate limiting), security, and debugging.

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It sets cookies in your browser and records page views, approximate location, browser and device type, and how you arrived, without identifying you by name. Google processes this data, and you can block it with a browser setting or Google's opt-out add-on. We do not use advertising trackers. The language links simply open the page in the language you choose and store nothing in your browser. Some third-party services we load or embed may process technical data of their own: our booking calendar (Odoo) may set its own cookies, and web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in order to serve them.

We use this data solely to operate the AI assistant (answering questions about Infinity Duo's services), respond to enquiries and bookings, and improve our services. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train third-party AI models beyond the processing described below.

• –Vercel — hosts our website and processes standard server logs.
• –Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform — to send and receive WhatsApp messages. Meta's own privacy policy governs how WhatsApp itself handles message transport and metadata.
• –OpenRouter — an AI model routing provider we use to generate the assistant's responses. Message content is sent to OpenRouter's underlying model providers solely to generate a reply.
• –n8n — our workflow automation platform, which processes messages between the chat/WhatsApp interface and the AI provider, stores short-term conversation state for rate limiting, and passes contact form submissions to our CRM.
• –Formspree — processes contact form submissions and delivers them to our email.
• –Odoo — our CRM, where enquiries from the contact form are recorded as leads, and the provider of our appointment booking calendar.
• –Sanity — the content system that stores our blog articles and images. It does not receive your personal data beyond a standard request for content.
• –Google Fonts — provides the web fonts used on our pages.
• –YouTube (Google) — some pages show a video thumbnail loaded from YouTube before you click. The video itself only loads when you click play, in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, and YouTube (Google) may then process data such as your IP address.

Conversation history used for AI context is retained only for a short, rolling window per session and is not kept indefinitely. Contact form submissions and enquiries recorded in our CRM are retained as needed to respond to you and for our business records.
