- What does Infinity Duo do?
- Infinity Duo is a Hong Kong-based team that delivers both marketing and IT under one roof — Odoo business systems, HR and payroll for Hong Kong, an AI knowledge base, social media run on Postcraft, and creator and affiliate marketing through Levanta — instead of splitting the work across separate agencies.
- Do you offer marketing and IT separately, or only together?
- Both. Some clients engage us for a single discipline — like social media management or a specific IT system — while others use us across both, which is where the combined approach pays off most.
- What industries do you work with?
- We work with property and leasing businesses; retail, F&B and consumer brands; companies going global, especially China-based businesses expanding abroad; freelancers, solo entrepreneurs and small businesses; and education providers such as schools, tutorial and learning centres. We adapt the underlying systems to whatever business problem is in front of us.
- Can you build custom AI or IT systems, or only use off-the-shelf tools?
- Both, depending on the problem. We use proven platforms like Odoo where it's the right fit, and build custom AI-backed systems — such as our AI Document Automation & Knowledge Base — when off-the-shelf tools fall short.

- Both — our work ranges from focused, fixed-scope projects to custom enterprise IT and AI systems for larger operations.
- Are you based in Hong Kong, and do you work with international clients?
- We're based in Hong Kong and work with clients both locally and internationally.
- How is pricing structured?
- It depends on scope — some work can be packaged at a fixed price, while custom IT and AI work is scoped per project. Get in touch and we'll give you a clear answer for your specific need.

- What marketing do you offer?
- Social media run for you on Postcraft, creator and affiliate programmes through Levanta, and email and SMS campaigns through the marketing apps in Odoo, all connected to your CRM so every lead and sale is tracked in one place.
- Can you set up payroll and MPF for a Hong Kong business?
- We set up Odoo HR & Payroll for Hong Kong: employee records, time off and payslips in one system, linked to accounting, with bank payments and eMPF in mind. According to Odoo, its Hong Kong payroll module supports HSBC Autopay and is built for the eMPF requirements. We configure what Odoo supports and tell you plainly where a step still needs your accountant.
- What does the AI Document Automation & Knowledge Base solution do?
- It reads the documents and messages your team already receives — from WhatsApp, Slack, Microsoft Teams or a shared folder — files the key facts into your CRM or ERP, and builds a searchable knowledge base that your team and your AI assistant can ask questions of.
- What is AI-Powered Social Media Management?
- We run your social media for you on Postcraft, our own AI platform: it finds what is trending in your industry, writes on-brand captions, designs images and short video reels, and publishes to Facebook and Instagram — with you approving before anything goes live.
- Do you provide ongoing support after a project launches?
- Yes — our engagements typically continue past launch, since marketing and IT systems both need iteration as a business changes.
